Personal Development:
Before you apply for a job it is important you are clear in your motivations for finding work.
The Personal Development classes look at how you connect with yourself and manage your own growth as a person. They prepare you for working effectively on your own in a committed and responsible way.

Teamwork:
It is possible you might end up working on your own when doing CNC work. More often than not the work you do will be done in cooperation with others. It is important that you can plan your work with others to meet a specific level of quality and productivity.

The Teamwork classes will help you learn how to have conversations with others to share priorities and fulfil them according to a plan. The plan could be that defined in a contract or project plan that has been designed and everyone has agreed to follow.

Preparing a Resume and Refining Interview Skills as well as Connecting to employers and recruitment agencies will have classes added shortly.
